I've got the answers to your questions.

Is this a live challenge?

Yes. Throughout the 5 days, I will be dropping by live into the private community to give you help, support, and pointers so that you can get the most out of this challenge. Each day the live will be a different time as hey, I've got the day job too, but I want to support you as much as I possibly can. You will receive your guide and workbook at the beginning of the challenge, so you can choose to either work through it alone or give it a go once we've caught up live. The bonus with doing this over the 5 days altogether, is that it brings with it a certain energy. When a group of women come together, at the same time, to work through the same thing, there is a power in that. It inspires you, motivates you, and uplifts you in a way you didn't think possible.

Do I need to join live?

Absolutely not. There will be recordings of the live sessions in the Facebook group. You can catch up and watch them as many times as you need. The replays will be available until Friday 5th July.

I'm not necessarily sober. Does that matter?

No. This challenge is there to support you whether you're newly sober, whether you're feeling a bit stagnant despite being sober a while, anyone seeking personal growth, your supporters and BFF's, and anyone even remotely curious about sobriety. It's here to provide valuable insights, tools, and support to anyone who is committed to thriving in sobriety and creating a life they love, free from their own self-imposed limitations.

Is this really free?

100% YES! There is no way I would be 5 years sober without the help and support of those around me. They didn't charge me a penny for what I'm about to share with you, so I am paying that forward. My hope is that one day, you can do that too, because how much nicer would the world be if we all did something just to help those that want it. I believe in marketing from a place of love, joy, and complete alignment. Charging for this would feel icky for me and I want you to genuinely get something from it.
